DemoDays 2018
Ritornano i DemoDays, le giornate tecnico-dimostrative sulla sostenibilità in
agricoltura, organizzate da Horta srl (spin-off dell’Universitá Cattolica del Sacro Cuore) e Barilla S.p.A., presso l’azienda Agricola La Quercia a Foggia.
L’iniziativa – che si rivolge a ricercatori, genetisti, fornitori di mezzi tecnici, agronomi, funzionari a livello locale e nazionale – nasce dall’esigenza di trasferire su larga scala e in modo efficace l’innovazione, facendo “toccare con mano” ad agricoltori e tecnici le proposte provenienti dalla ricerca e dai fornitori di mezzi tecnici. Il contesto è quello dell’innovazione del processo produttivo, in cui le singole proposte tecniche si integrano fra loro in modo sinergico.
Durante l’evento saranno valutate oltre sessanta varietà di grano duro, la loro resistenza alle patologie e il comportamento delle stesse a diverse densità di semina. Si assisterá inoltre alle prove di concimazione, taratura azotata e applicazioni di diversi fungicidi a confronto.
